The development comprises of a reception block, 18 three bedroom apartments, 9 one bedroom apartments, 14 hotel room/suites (not self catering), staff quarters, and car sheds, all set around a centrally located three tier swimming pool complex interconnected by waterfalls, with two islands, one containing Jacuzzi, in the center. (Each pool has got a shallow end going from zero depth graduating to the deep end).

Spacious living / dining room with comfortable furniture and table & chairs, kitchen with gas cooker & fridge / freezer (no dishwasher or microwave), master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further two twin bedrooms, shower room with WC and additional separate WC, verandah with attractive outdoor furniture and small front garden area with gate leading to swimming pool and communal gardens.

These apartments can be booked for the price of 2 bedroom apartments where there are up to 4 people and the 3rd bedroom is not required. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Spacious living / dining room opening onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge / freezer (no dishwasher or microwave), twin bedroom with single beds, air-conditioning, en-suite shower room dressing area.

Approximately half the apartments are privately owned but are managed and let by Woburn Residence Club. Furnishing will, therefore, reflect the owner’s tastes.

There are 3 types of rooms / suites:

a) Double / single – ground floor, twin beds, shower room, terrace overlooking side garden i.e. not overlooking pool area.

Pretty rooms, slightly smaller than the others.

b) Junior suite – ground or first floor, twin beds, shower room, terrace overlooking pool and gardens.

c) Superior suite – ground or first floor, double bed, shower room, bar area with fridge, terrace overlooking pool gardens. 

All rooms / suite are air-conditioned & all have a telephone.

NB: Telephone calls are very expensive and it may be wise to buy a telephone card in Malindi and telephone from a public phone box. Incoming calls to your apartment / suite can be made via reception.
